Instructions to authors
We are pleased to welcome you at CERDI on next December 1-2. You will find below some practical information about the conference organization.- Please also send by email attachment, before November 2, to Annie Cohade (A.Cohade@u-clermont1.fr), the complete text of your contribution (or the document on which it will be based), either for an oral presentation or a poster, so that we can record it on a CDRom given to every participant on arrival.
- Please respect the following guide-lines:
Font: Times New Roman
The first page should contain:
The full title of the paper (14 pt)
The full name, affiliation and country of all authors (11 pt)
(and any useful information)
Text:
- 11 pt Times New Roman
- single spacing
- totally justified
- Footnotes at the bottom of each page, 9 pt
- In addition to your complete paper, please also send by November 2, to Annie Cohade (A.Cohade@u-clermont1.fr) an abstract (not exceeding 2 pages) following the above specifications. On arrival, each participant will be given a paper file containing all the abstracts, to help him choose between the different parallel sessions
- For your oral presentation (not exceeding 20 minutes, either in French or in English), equipment for Powerpoint presentation or transparencies will be available.
- If your presentation has been accepted for a poster session, you will have at your disposal two boards (at most) of about 60 cm x 120 cm to stick up your posters at your arrival, according to the programme.
- Please, don't forget to return your registration.
- A lot of conferences and cultural meetings are regularly held in Clermont-Ferrand, so we advise you to directly book your room sufficiently ahead. For the conference, we have negotiated special rates with different hotels (please mention CERDI – "International conference on health financing" when booking) and made a limited number of reservations (see the list following the registration form).
- Please feel free to contact us (at A.Cohade@u-clermont1.fr) if you need a confirmation letter to obtain your visa for France.
